Attentive staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, good shower pressure, new infrastructure. Convenient location with easy access to main towns in Tokyo and plenty of affordable restaurants nearby. Comfy bed and functional bathroom. Perfect for a single traveler.

Great location, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The room was relatively spacious and quiet, nice for a good night's sleep. The on-site cafe offered a pleasant breakfast experience.
The quality of the shower supplies provided was subpar, causing issues with hair. Communication with some staff members was difficult, due to their limited English proficiency.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was great, with spotlessly clean rooms and daily replacement of towels and other necessities. The hotel facilities were great, including a coin laundry and smoking room. The location was convenient, as it was just a short walk from the train station and close to basic attractions. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide selection of options and attentive staff. The staff at the hotel were always present and helpful.

The location is great, just a short walk from both JR Tokyo station and Kanda station. This makes it convenient for catching the Narita Express to the airport or exploring the city. The hotel is also close to the nightlife, with plenty of izakayas around.
The bed could be more comfortable. Some guests have mentioned that the blankets are too thin and an extra pillow would have been nice.
