Great location, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. the room was relatively spacious and quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. the on-site cafe offered a pleasant breakfast experience.
The quality of the shower supplies provided was subpar, causing issues with hair. Communication with some staff members was difficult, due to their limited English proficiency.

The location is great, just a short walk from both JR Tokyo station and Kanda station. This makes it convenient for catching the Narita Express to the airport or exploring the city. The hotel is also close to the nightlife, with plenty of izakayas around.
The bed could be more comfortable. Some guests have mentioned that the blankets are too thin and an extra pillow would have been nice.
